One of our beloved regulars called was itchin’ for some chicken and pasta. But not just any chicken and pasta – Something special. She called ahead and told us exactly that: “Something special with chicken and pasta, maybe some mushrooms.. I trust your judgement!” We put together a beautiful concoction of chicken with prosciutto and mushrooms in a cream sauce, topped with our fresh homemade mozzerella.
When dinnertime arrived, she stopped in to pick up her meal. Once she stopped complaining that it would be a crime to eat something so beautiful, she was floored by the flavors.
You too can have a beautiful, delicious dinner! If you can’t find it on our menu, just call ahead. If you give us enough advanced notice, we can cook anything, and I mean anything!
Whether you want 13 loaves of bread or enough barbecue baked beans to feed the entire population of Northampton County, as long as we know ahead of time, we can do it!
