About the Green Stop
I grew up in a small Italian community where the little luncheonettes were a clean and safe place to hang out with friends while enjoying an affordable, nutritious meal. The food was very close to what gramma made at home.
Our goal is to introduce to the new generation that there is more to food than the 90 second drive-thru, and to provide our generation with the food we so fondly remember.
Our chef has worked at some of the finest restaurants in the country, yet still carries his mama’s cooking in his heart. I am very privileged to work with him and learn how to incorporate the home-style taste and quality I want to share with my community.
With working families today, convenience and money play a major part in deciding what’s on the table. Our desire is to help you carry out an affordable and nutritious meal to share at the family dinner table, without the hassles of cooking, serving, and doing the dishes.
